Your Mindful Child has been created by Fran Waddington, a qualified mindfulness teacher for children aged 11-18 years old, to help find a holistic approach to cope with everyday stress and anxiety.

Having successfully trained with MiSP, Fran is hoping to give children a ‘tool box’ to help feel calmer and more positive.  She believes that every child should be given the opportunity to try mindfulness as it has been proven to make a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and well being.
